Dame Anna Wintour and outgoing British Vogue editor Edward Enninful, designers Stella McCartney and Victoria Beckham, and actors Emilia Clarke and Tom Sturridge are among those attending the black tie event.

The second annual Vogue World event kicks off London Fashion Week (LFW), which begins on Friday.

LFW occurs twice a year, in June and September. Vogue World made its premiere in the renowned Meatpacking District during New York Fashion Week last September.

FKA Twiggs, Stormzy, stage actor Sophie Okenedo, and others performed on the two-hour red carpet. Vogue hired BAFTA and Olivier Award-winning director Stephen Daldry to present “a theatrical celebration of the very best of British culture and fashion… inspired by a West End opening night.”

The evening concluded, of course, with a fashion runway presenting highlights from the autumn/winter 2023 designs handpicked by an international team led by Dame Wintour and Mr Enninful.
