A court in London heard that actor Kevin Spacey kissed a man twice and grabbed his crotch while telling him to “be cool.”

The man, whose name can’t be used because of legal reasons, says the star came up to him after he accidentally let his dog out.

On the third day of Mr. Spacey’s trial, his police interview was played for the jury at Southwark Crown Court.

The American star is being charged with 12 things, all of which he says are not true.

In the tape, the accuser told police that the actor came into the pub with a small dog while he was working there.

He said Mr. Spacey sat down near the sofa and said his name.

Later, the man told the actor that there wasn’t much to do in the area where they were and that he was going to meet some friends at another club when he was done with work.

The man told the officer that Mr. Spacey said, “Cool, I might see you down there.”

When the man got to the other pub, he said he heard someone with an American accent call his name. When he looked up, he saw Mr. Spacey.

The complainant then told the officer that he and some other people went back to where Mr. Spacey was staying to get some drinks.

During the drinks, the accuser said he was looking for a coat in one of the closets and a “little dog” jumped out between his legs.

The man said that he went back, picked up the dog, and put it back into the room.

Then he said that the actor made a “huggy motion” toward him.

“We gave each other an uncomfortable man-hug. He hugged me, and I gave him a pat on the back.

“He kissed me twice on the neck and grabbed my crotch at that point. He told me twice to “be cool, be cool.”

“I put my arm between us and pushed him up against a wall. I told him, “I’m sorry, but I don’t play for that team.”

He said that Mr. Spacey looked “panicked” and left the room.

The accuser said that after that, he stood for “a few seconds almost in shock that that had happened.”

He left the house and called his father in a “little bit of a panic.”

During his conversation with the police, he told the detective that he thought his father wouldn’t believe him because it was April 1.

With this complainant, Mr. Spacey is charged with one count of sexual assault, which the actor rejects.

In January, Mr. Spacey, whose full name in court is Kevin Spacey Fowler, pleaded not guilty to three counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault, and one count of causing a person to participate in sexual activity without consent.

He had also denied four other charges of sexual assault and one count of forcing a person to do something sexual without their permission.

Four men brought these 12 charges against Mr. Spacey from 2001 to 2013. He is now on trial for them.

The law says that all four accused can stay anonymous for the rest of their lives.
