Just Stop Oil says that they didn’t mess up George Osborne’s wedding.

The protest was like the ones that an environmental group did.

But a representative told the BBC that they didn’t know who the protester was.

The group had shared a clip from the news agency PA on Twitter with the message, “You look good in orange, George Osborne.”

In the video, a woman in a stylish flower dress walks up to George Osborne and Thea Rogers as they leave church and starts throwing confetti out of a paper bag with the Union Jack on it.

In a statement, the group said, “If it was a protest, which we don’t know yet, we applaud it and thank the person who did it.”

“It was peaceful and didn’t cause much trouble, but it got a lot of attention in the media for Just Stop Oil’s demand.”

The group also said that the media should focus on more important things, like the government’s move to license over 100 new oil and gas projects and the wildfires in Canada.

It came in the form of an email that was widely shared online and made several untrue claims about Mr. Osborne’s personal life.

There are rumors that Mr. Osborne has talked to the cops about the email.

About 200 people went to the ceremony in the town of Bruton, Somerset. They included ex-Prime Minister David Cameron and Levelling Up Secretary Michael Gove.

Mr. Osborne used to be married to Frances Osborne, but in 2019, after 21 years of marriage, they got a divorce.

Ms. Rogers used to be a consultant for Mr. Osborne. In 2016, she was given an OBE for her work.
