Owen Farrell and Billy Vunipola have been recalled by England for the Wales World Cup warm-up at Twickenham.

Steve Borthwick has named an experienced lineup for the return match against Wales at Twickenham following Saturday’s setback in Cardiff.

Owen Farrell captained from the fly-half position, with hooker Jamie George, lock Maro Itoje, and number eight Billy Vunipola moving into the forwards.

Among the 11 alterations are Henry Arundell on the right flank and Elliot Daly on the left.

Lock Despite not making the World Cup roster, Jonny Hill is on the bench.

Borthwick has named his first team since choosing his 33-man World Cup squad on Monday.

Ollie Lawrence, the Premiership Player of the Year last season, will partner Joe Marchant in the centers.

The match against Wales on Saturday will be England’s final warm-up game at home before the World Cup in France.

Borthwick’s men head to Ireland on August 19 before wrapping up their preparations against Fiji the following Saturday at Twickenham.

Steward, Arundell, Marchant, Lawrence, Daly; Farrell (captain), Van Poortvliet; Marler, George, Stuart, Itoje, Martin, Lawes, Earl, B Vunipola are the England players that will face Wales.

Dan, Genge, Cole, Hill, Willis, Youngs, Ford, and Malins are the replacements.
