The Ravens and 49ers won the top spots in Week 17, and the Eagles were upset at home.

Following their 56–19 win over the Miami Dolphins in the big game on New Year’s Eve, the Ravens look like the unbeatable force in the NFL. Lamar Jackson once again proved why he is the most valuable player (MVP).

After the Philadelphia Eagles lost a huge upset at home to the Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco beat the Washington Commanders 27–10. This made them the number one seed in the NFC.

With a 27-21 win over the New England Patriots, the Buffalo Bills kept their play-off hopes alive. The Kansas City Chiefs, on the other hand, won their division for the eighth year in a row.

Quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens Lamar Jackson
Lamar Jackson could win NFL MVP a second time.
The Ravens won their sixth straight game and took first place in the AFC with a bang thanks to quarterback Jackson’s five touchdowns.

Jackson doesn’t have to play in the last game of the season next week; his job is done. The Ravens will have home field advantage in the playoffs and a first-round bye after beating another playoff team.

That’s the second-most points the Ravens have ever scored in an NFL game. The other high score was 59, which Jackson set during his 2019 MVP season and, unfortunately, against Miami.

This was the best game showing I’ve ever seen, according to John Harbaugh, head coach of the Ravens. “I’m not sure I’ve seen a more impressive performance in a season to date.”

For sure, the Ravens are the team to beat. The Dolphins, on the other hand, still have work to do even though they are already in the playoffs. Next week, they host the Buffalo Bills with the AFC East title and, more importantly, a home playoff game on the line.
