2023 Community Shield: On August 6, Man City will play Arsenal at Wembley.

On the occasion of Wembley’s 100th anniversary as the home of English football, the Community Shield will make a comeback in 2023.

The ‘curtain-raiser’ for the current campaign will take place on August 6 at 17:30 BST.

Arsenal, who finished second in the league, will face Manchester City, who won both the Premier League and the FA Cup last season.

Leicester City hosted the match between City and Liverpool on July 30 of last year since Wembley was holding the Women’s Euros final the following day.

The FA Cup final for the upcoming season will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, which is six days following the conclusion of the Premier League schedule.

Because to the mid-season break for the first World Cup to be hosted in the winter, Manchester City’s triumph over Manchester United on June 3 was the FA Cup final’s later ever.

Following the FA Cup final on May 26, Wembley will host the Championship play-off final the following Saturday, June 1, followed by the Champions League final.

Either May 11 or May 12 will see the Women’s FA Cup final.
