Fulham go to Ipswich, while Chelsea host Blackburn.

The quarter-finals will feature at least two English Football League (EFL) teams, with Mansfield hosting Port Vale and Exeter hosting Middlesbrough.

The fourth-round matches will take place in the week of October 30.
